Self Defence in the Workplace

Workshop Objective: This course is focused on avoiding conflict and situations which lead to personal threat. However there will be situations where all that is left is self-protection. This course will therefore give delegates the skills and confidence to use effective self defence techniques as a last resort.

Target Group: Staff at every level including public service employees, doctors, nurses, teachers - in fact any group with a customer facing role.

Course Duration: This is an in-house one day course. This workshop can be held either on or off-site.

Course Design: As with all our workshops, the training content can be "customised" to meet the specific needs of the delegates and of your organisation, uses "real-time" case studies (which could be taken from your own operation), encourages teamwork and interaction and, although there might be a little pressure here and there, is great fun!

Investment

Group Booking: £1,200 per day for a maximum of 10 delegates

Individual Bookings: £175 per day

Prices exclude VAT and any other local sales tax. The price does include the personalised delegate workbook but not venue costs, equipment hire, travel and accommodation.
