We have the skills and experience to help your people and your organisation through change. Change often leads to redundancy. Losing your job is never welcome, for many it is very difficult to handle and requires in-depth support separate from the organisation for which they have worked.

Our aim is to give redundant personnel the confidence and skills to manage the changes in their career; whether that means finding another job or starting their own business.

This is where we can help. From implementing on-site career management / outplacement resource centres to facilitating personal marketing workshops and providing 1 : 1 coaching. We will design and agree an outplacement / career management programme with your organisation for the numbers of people affected. The cost of providing support will be dependant on the numbers of people involved as well as the resources they and you require. We will be happy to agree those costs after we have discussed the requirements of your organisation and your people.
